District of Columbia DC Court Website Jury trials proceeding pursuant to detailed plan. Deadlines and limits extended, and non priority matters scheduled through 9/10/21 are being re-prioritized. All clerks offices and the child-care center are open to the public. Civil hearings will continue to be conducted remotely. In-person criminal hearings will be expanded.
