A briefing is a single working session for a board, an executive committee or a deal team. The session focuses on the decision at hand, not a product presentation.
We focus on the risks specific to your sector and role. That may mean operational exposure for a utility, inherited liability for an acquirer, evidence readiness for counsel, or insurance and governance for a board. We then outline what an independent assessment could examine, along with the likely scope, fee structure and timing.

What helps define the scope
A useful first conversation identifies the question, likely evidence sources and whether an examination is proportionate.
Matters brought by individuals
Not every examination is brought by an institution. Individuals retain examiners in matrimonial and family matters, estate questions where no paper record survives, suspected surveillance of a personal device, and disputes over what was deleted or concealed on a shared computer. Every such matter is handled on the assumption it may end up in front of a court, which is why the same preservation and chain-of-custody procedure applies regardless of who is paying for it.
