Southern District of Florida federal practice
Reports and testimony are prepared for SDFL under FRE 702 and Daubert. Miami divisional matters are staffed out of the Ferguson Jr. and Atkins courthouses. Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce and Key West divisional matters are staffed at the divisional courthouse the case is assigned to.
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Circuit practice
Reports and testimony are prepared for the 11th Judicial Circuit (Miami-Dade), the 17th Judicial Circuit (Broward) and the 15th Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach) under Florida Evidence Code section 90.702. Complex commercial matters are commonly assigned to the Complex Business Litigation Section where one is in place.
Cross-border and Latin America evidence
Custodian, account and cloud tenant coverage across Latin American operating entities, with hash-verified acquisitions performed in the jurisdiction the evidence sits in and documented custody transfer to the U.S. record. The expert engagement does not opine on foreign legal process; that is counsel's.
Hospitality, cruise and marine matters

Deposition and hearing logistics
